Goodbye Club Penguin

Hey Dudes and Dudettes,
Its been almost two years since I posted on this blog or even played Club Penguin for that matter.
I was cleaning out my laptop today when I came across my Club Penguin folder, which by the way was a folder, in a folder, in a folder :/
I decided to head back to Club Penguin and check it out. It was defenetly not the Club Penguin I remember.
Firstly the map is different, it looks more modern now and also looks as if more areas are to be added in the future. Personally I like the old map.
-Lets look at each area on the map and how it has changed since I played it two years ago...

~TOWN~
*Upstairs in the coffee shop there is now an art area.
*Upstairs at the nightclub is totally different,with a new game and a hit the target game.

~PLAZA~
*The Pet shop is completely different with new colour puffles, a new game and new items in the catalog. You can also feed your puffle many different things.

~DOCK~
*You can now buy upgrades for Hydro Hopper, but members only...duh :(

~SKI VILLAGE~
*The sports shop is totally gone and there is now an everyday phoning facility, which is actually an entry way to the EPF.

~STADIUM~
*Just before I stopped playing the ice rink became the stadium and it still is today.

~MINE SHACK~
*There is a recycling plant now which wasn't there before.
*You can grow plants outside the mine by throwing snowballs into the target.
*There is a cave in the mine.
*There is a hidden lake in the mine cave, which has a locked door.

~FOREST~
*There is an entrace to the hidden lake.

~DOJO~
*The Dojo now has water jitsu but you have to be a member, just like with the fire jitsu.

~OTHER~
*There are now two pins, not sure if this is a regular thing but it looks as if it is.
*You can now collect stamps.
*The puffles look different.
*The way you interact with your puffles is different.
*HQ is different

There are probally alot more differences but these are the one's I have noticed.

It seems to me that everyone that use to blog along side me has now stopped blogging aswell.
Club Penguin just isn't as fun as it use to be...

I started playing Club Penguin shortly after it came out 5 years ago and stopped 2 years ago. I played Club Penguin for 3 years of my life so it had a pretty big impact on me and holds a special place in my heart, it also introduced me to the blogging world.

Today was fun, looking back at my old blog and playing my old favourite game, I wont be playing Club Penguin anymore. I have moved on with my life.
Im on my summer holidays at the moment and in September I start my final year of high school. This time next year I will be getting ready for college :)

I may not play CP or blog about CP but I still blog :)
I got a pug named Oisín in October 2009 and started a blog on him (inspired by my CP blog) and I have been blogging about him ever since.

So I havn't posted in ages! Well heres what happened!
In the middle of the summer we went to stay at my grnny and grandads house in the country. It was so much fun! But they didnt have the internet so I couldn't go on Club Penguin or post for all of August. Then in september when we went back to school my mum and dad decided and hour a day is all we get on the computer! :(
But then last week they decided to change that as its getting colder and we can't play outside as much. Plus the Christmas holidays are coming! :)
And guess what im getting off santa....a laptop! :D
So then I can go on Club Penguin and post loads!
Also my membership expired in September and I havnt got a new one since. Hopefully my mum will get me one for christmas!

Hey guys! This Friday there will be some more music for your igloos avalible and also on Friday are some DJ3K updates! Members will be able to buy special music tracks and upload them to the game! Hmm..I wonder will there be any Hannah Montana! :P

Also the yellow puffles have all been quiet excited about the DJ3K updates, all will be revealed on friday! :) Maybe that means there could be a music play! :P What do you think??

Adventure Party Scavendure Hunt

Here are all the scavendure cheats for the Adventure Party. First click on the binoculars in the top right hand corner. Then you will see all the item you have to find and the clues to find them, but who needs clues when you have me! :P
Your first clue can be found underground at the pool, just look out the window.

Your second clue can be found at the cove,

Your third clue can be found at the dock,

Your fourth clue can be found at the Snow Forts,

Your fifth clue can be found at the Iceburg,

Your sixth clue can be found at the plaza,

Your seventh clue can be found at the beach,

Your eighth clue can be found at the forest,

Now that you have all the clues you can claim your free Adventure Party background, pretty cool huh???

New Club Penguin Series 3 Toys!

March 20 - April 9 will be very busy on Club Penguin, can you guess why?
Because the first ever Penguin Play Awards will be here, you get to vote for your favourite play in several different catagories and members get to walk down the red carpet, so I guess its like the Oscars.

The Penguin Style catalog thats coming out this Friday will have lots of fancy outfits to wear to the Awards show, also the white puffle will have arrived and can tag along to the show :)

St Patricks Sneek Peak

St Patricks Day is almost here, and Club Penguin will be celebrating it from the 13-17 of March. The whole island will be buzzin! :P

Im Irish so St.Patricks day is my fav holiday, I use to think only Ireland celebrated it but actually almost the whole world does. So lent began last wednesday, what did you give up and take on? I gave up milk and bread and took on working at the animal selter after school. :)

Puffle Party Over and Rockhopper Gets Closer

The Puffle party is over, and for me it seemed like it had only just begun! :(, I missed most of it but Im glad I didnt miss the whole thing, at least I got the last two days!

Hey Guys! Sorry I didnt post for almost two weeks, I jumped of my trampoline and broke my arm, but whatever way I broke it I cut a main artery in my arm so I almost bleed to death and had to be given blood, guess what blood type I am A-, do you know what you are? Puffles Play with Furniture Fri 13th

Clothing Catalog Cheats

Screenhog post about making items

Screenhog decided to show all us penguins how to make clothing items, heres how...

Step 1: Decide. Usually, items are related to what events are happening that month, or where it will be used (like the costumes in the Costume Trunk).

Step 2: Design it. A rough drawing is made of what they think the item should look like (in this case, a tuba).

Step 3: A final drawing is made. This is a clean-up of the rough drawing, with detail, color, and shading added. The icon is also made (this is the drawing of the item that's in your inventory).

Step 4: The clothing item is then made in 3D.

How cool is that :)??

Penguin Style Sneak Peek

On Friday the new Penguin Style Catalog is coming out with the theme "Back to basics". Here is a sneak peek of what to expect,

Lime Green Dojo Clean Coin Cheats

Ok so go to the book room and take out "Lime Green Dojo Clean", Open it and start typing the first full page, when your finished DONT turn the page as this is when you look for the hidden coin in the picture...

First Click the top of the mop and drag it upwards, let go and the mop should fall outside the dojo, pick it up again and you will notice that you are cleaning away the background, then you should notice a coin, drop the mop and click it! Now go on to the next page...

Click the tub of paint and lift it upwards and you will see a coin, click it quick and the bucket falls as soon as you let go...

Click the lime blob of paint in the top left corner and drag it around the page, after a while a coin will apper as it was just a coin covered in paint after all :P...

Put your mouse just underneth the penguins feet and he will move as if your playing air hockey, keep doing it until he turns the dojo wall upside down, then he will go up to the roof and once there hit his feet so he slides over the green paint, once he slides over it he will clean it up, it a certain spot once its clean a coin will fall out threw a hole in the roof...

Ok so push your penguin out of the way, then you will notice that the walls and doors all start to light up green, when they stop click the walls and then the door in this order and the door will open and you can get your coin...

Simply grab the bucket and drag it over to the right and you will see your coin...

Click the lightbulb above the penguins head, it will fall and a maze will pop up, grab the lightbulb and drag it threw the maze to the other lightbulb, once you have completed the mazes the coin will appear above the penguins head where the lightbulb was...

Grab the octopuses air plug and drag it upwards, the octopus will go flying round the room and then land agin with a coin...

You now have 800 coins, also if you pick different words than I have on the choice bits your story could turn out different, as they might use capes to clean up the mess!

Lime Green Dojo Clean Out Now!

Also there are loads of hidden coins in the book, Ill post them all later on (as Im reading it and posting at the same time) but heres one from the first page for you!

Do More With Your Puffles

Hey Penguins, I have some exciting news for all of you out there!
Starting on Feb 13th put some puffle furniture in your igloo and watch what happens when your puffles see it!

French Servers

Dance Contest Sketches

Screenhog has posted a sketch of the Dance Contest game, from when they were first designing it. If you get a 100 combo you get this move :)

New Member Badge and Start Up Screen

Club Penguin have a new start up screen, it changes everytime you log in to show you different events in Club Penguin that members can take part in.

There is also a new badge on your playercard if you are a member. Here is a pic, with this badge you can get into member partys and events,

Also all members recived this postcard from Club Penguin...

Also the Dance contest is going to still be around after the Member Party, but Members are the only ones that can play in Multiplayer Mode, non-members can only play in solo mode. And the edit player logo on your toolbar has changed.

Club Penguin Member Party is Here

The Club Penguin Member Party has finally arrived. Here are some pics from the party.

Here is the outside of the nightclub and the only things non-members can see, but dont worry, I'll show you whats inside...

Here is the main room of the Night Club, When you walk into the room your name appears on the Welcome Screen, You can play the new dance game here and get the free boombox item. The Dance Game is very cool!

Walk over to the Boombox and you can pick it up.

Wear nothing only the Boombox, dance and now you can street dance, very cool, huh??

This is the Dance Lounge, looks very different doesnt it??

And this is the roof, this is where you will be able to meet DJ Cadence and get her free background. I havnt met her yet but let me know if you have.

The Club Penguin Member party starts on Thur Jan 15th and is on until Sun Jan 18th.
There will be a new Dance Contest Game, 3 floors to explore in the nightclub and a chance to meet DJ Cadence.

Im guessing that DJ Cadence will be like Rockhopper, Penguin Band and G. She will be wandering round random servers giving out a free background.! YaY! I cant wait for the party, can you?

Club Penguin like to hide little references all the time, some are very obvious such as the two puffles at the stage, they are like the two famous actors masks.

But some are not so obvious such as the Lantern in the Ninja Catalog. You may notice that the price on it is 575, A Haiku is a Japanese poem made up of 3 lines, the first line is made up of 5 syllables, the second 7 syllables and the third 5 again. The Sensai almost always speaks in Haiku's!

How To Become A Ninja

I want to be a Ninja, how do I become one?
Ok well first go to the Dojo located at the top of your map.
Once inside the Dojo point your mouse over to the coushinand Sensai will appear. Talk to him and he will give starter deck and explain how to play Card-Jitsu.

I still dont understand how to play!
Ok well Card-Jitsu is easy once you get the hang of it, its like rock, paper, siccors only with Fire, Water and Snow. Fire beats Snow, Snow beats Water and Water beats Fire. When you go into a game 5 cards will appear face up and 5 face down. The face up cards are your cards. There will a mix of cards in different Colours, Elements (eg. Water) and Numbers. In the first round I choose a Purple Fire Lv 6, and my oppenent chooses a Red Snow Lv 2. I would Win as Fire beats Snow, but if it was a Red Fire Lv 2, I still would of won as 6 is higher than 2. To win the whole game you need to get 3 of the same Element in different colours or 3 of each Elements in different colours.

Ok so I know how to play but how do I earn belts?
To earn belts talk to the Sensai and choose Compotion Mode, he will then pair you up with someone of a similar belt,
White belt - 5 total wins needed
Yellow belt - 13 total wins needed
Orange belt - 21 total wins needed
Green belt - 30 total wins needed
Blue belt - 40 total wins needed
Red belt - 52 total wins needed
Purple belt - 64 total wins needed
Brown belt - 76 total wins needed
Black belt - 88 total wins needed

Ok so now Im a Black Belt but how do I become a Ninja?
To become a Ninja talk to the Sensai and select Sensai mode. You will then be matched against him. Lose to him 6-10 times and then after that try and win, you should win on your 11-15 attempt. He will then give you the Ninja mask and you can enter the secret Ninja Hideaway and buy the Ninja Costume.

Do you have to be a member to buy the Ninja Outfit?
Yes unfortuntly you do.

Talking with the Newspaper
1) Walk to a corner of the room where you can see yourself reading the newspaper(optional).
2) Open up the newspaper and select "We Need You" in the top left corner.
3) Select ask a question and just send it, even if it was blank.
4) Go back to the newspaper cover.
5) Press tab on your keyboard and type and send something.
6) Now you can talk with your newspaper.

Empty Chat Bubble
1) Click on the text bar
2) Press enter

Walking on Pathways
1) Click on a pathway that would usually take you to another room.
2) Quickly open up your mail box.
3) Now close it once you think your penguin has stopped walking.
4) Now you are standing on a pathway.

Freeze while doing a Special Dance
1) Wear/hold an item that lets you do a special dance.
2) Press D on the keyboard to dance
3) Press and hold D to freeze

Top Speed Joke Telling
1) Press J quickly on your keyboard
2) Keep doing it and you will be telling Jokes very fast

Spin while Sitting
1) Press S on your keyboard

Rockhopper Finding Guide

Who is Rockhopper?
Rockhopper is a pirate penguin that travels back and forth between Club Penguin and Rockhopper Island. He is a very popular penguin.

Why is Rockhopper so popular?
Rockhopper is so popular as when ever he returns back from Rockhopper Island approx every two months he always brings a free item and some items you have to pay for to. He also lets you on to his ship, and on his ship you can play Treasure hunt. Also if you ever spot him in Club Penguin he will give you a free background.

A free background?
Yes, that is why so many penguins go Rockhopper hunting. They want the background. Other penguins just do it as a sport or hobby.

Hmmmm...I think I might go look for him. How would I go about this?
Well first of all you have to make sure that Rockhoppers online. If his ship is docked at the beach and/or it shows his shipon the homepage then he is most likely online.
Rockhopper can be on any server at any time in any room,so finding can be pretty tricky. His favourite servers are Abominal, Blizzard, Mammoth, Frozen and Yukon. But he could be on any server. He usually goes into more populated servers so try looking in almost full servers (rating 4/5). Now that your in aserver where could Rockhopper be? Well he almost always is on the Migrator, but sometimes just before he leaves that server, he will change rooms. His second most popular rooms are the pizza parlor, snow forts, cove and iceburg.

Ive checked all these servers and all these rooms and I still havnt found him!
Rockhopper doesnt always go into these servers. These are just the most common servers he goes into. Hecould be in any server in any room. The best wat to find him is to have asearch party with some of your friends. They can check all the right hand servers and you check all the left. The more friends the easier to find him.

YaY! I found him, now what?
Ok he is probally swarmed with other penguins. But you should be able to spot him as he is taller that all the other penguin. He should be wearing red and have a black beard and pirate hat on. Open up his player card and it should look something like this.

Click the add as a buddy icon and it should say that you found a free background click yes. Now put it on your player card and it should look like this.

Now every penguin will know that you found Rockhopper.

Also at the Beach and Plaza you can pick up a free coins for change bell. This is an old item so many penguins uncluding myself may have got it from last year.

If you go onto Rockhoppers ship you can pick up a free red cap, this to is an old item. If you are a member you can buy a Coins for Change banner (for your home), a globe and a green parrot (I really like the green parrot).

The snow boots from last year are back again... :) Also there have been fireworks in Club Penguin all day yesterday and today to celebrate Guy Fawks, which is a huge celebration if you live over in the UK. Its kinda like Britains 4th of July. :)

Today there are fireworks in Club Penguin...Im pretty sure its to celebrate Guy Fawks. Guy Fawks is basicly bonfire night in the UK. Im not living in the UK anymore so I dont get to celebrate it :(.... Im just going to have to wait till July to celebrate bonfire night here in Ireland. Anyhow..here are the pics of the Fireworks. Here is the Ski Mountain..

Ninja Shadow Spotted at Dojo

A Ninja shadow has been spoted at the Dojo. This makes me think that we will most likely be allowed to become Ninjas now :). I dont have any pics for you at this time but I will upload them ASAP.

New Map and Construction at the Dojo

First off the Map has changed and the Dojo is no longer hidden on the map. It is now seen as a large pile of snow and it has a roof.

The Dojo is now under construction from where the storm damaged it. And if you go into it you can get a free miners hat.

Also you can now go out onto the Dojos roof where you will see a lot of penguins mining and if you look to the right you will see a strange penguin digging away at the snow.

Here is his player card. He is a grey penguin and has a beard......hmmm....He kinda reminds me of a Sensai. You know the ones that teach Samaris and NINJAS to fight! ;)
Who knows....maybe we will finally be allowed to be ninjas.

Gary is on Club Penguin

Gary is on Club Penguin. You will find him in the Secret Lab on any server. He usually goes on less crowded servers. I was searching for him and I found him a Flippers server. Click on the box to recive a free signed background for your player card. Happy Hunting!

Also I am very sorry for the two weeks on non updates. My Laptop was running very slow and it took almost half an hour to login into Club Penguin so I missed the 3rd Aniversary Party :(

Rockhopper Returns

Rockhopper is back and with more items :)

There is an eyepatch for non-members and two outfits and a furniture item for members. Rockhopper will be wandering around different servers, so make sure you go and search for him. He will give you a free background. Search in servers that seem to be very full. You should find him on his ship, the town, snow forts or pizza parlor. He could be anywhere but there are the main places he seems to go.

The Newspaper came out on Thursday but I have been away since Tuesday and only came back today (Saturday) so Im sorry im late updating the site!

The Club Penguin 3rd Year aniversary party is happing on the 24th! I cant wait! I missed both other partys so this will be the first I have been to.

The Halloween Decorating Contest is also coming soon. You have to be a member to enter it. My membership ran out last week so Im going to have to renew it soon.

Mission 9

Here is a walkthroughfor the new Mission!

1. Talk to G. Put the 3 tracking devices, the yellow duck, and the Blue Prints into your inventory.
2. Go to the Ski Lodge. Pick up all the Find Four pieces. They are on the window seal, the stool under the phone, and under the ladder.
3. Go up the ladder. Pick up the Find Four pieces by the bricks, on the typewriter, on the table beside the phonograph, on the box, and on the box in the corner.
4. Pick up the string on the rug.
5. Go downstairs and talk to the penguins playing Find Four. Give them the pieces.
6. Go to the Forest and pick up the sticks.
7. Put the sticks, the blue print, and the string together to make a kite. Put the kite on a transmitter.
8. Go to the Mountain. Put the kite and transmitter on a poll.
9. Go to the Plaza and talk to the penguins. After the puffle blows a bubble, click the gum stuck between the penguins. Take the bubble gum. Put it on the yellow duck. Then put it in your inventory.
10. Go to the Dock and help the penguin by click, hold, and pull the brown start handle. Then borrow the penguin’s Air Pump.
11. Put the Air pump on the duck to inflate it. Put a transmitter on the duck.
12. Go to the Ice Berg, and put the duck on the water.
13. Go to the Mines. Talk to the penguin. Click the Offer to help option.
13. Click the gray beams on the Mine Shack. Click and drag the wooden boards, making the metal beam so the left side is lower than the right.
14. Click on the overturned cart. Click it again to go up close. Weld all the cracks.
15. Place a transmitter in the cart. Click the cart for it to go.
16. Answer your spy phone. Talk to G at HQ. Take the Binocular 3000 from G (it’s on the table).
14. Go to the Lodge. Click on the Gone Fishing door.
Go right. Look through the binoculars.
16. Talk to G on the Spyphone.
17. Go to Herbert’s camp. Pick up the spy phone. Fuse it with the Binoculars.
18. Put the spyphone/binocular in the big, dark green tree that is right off the exit back to the Lodge.
19. Go to the HQ. Talk to G. Watch Herbert and Klutzy.
20. Collect your medal and receive your chocolates.
If you open the box of chocolates in your inventory, you can eat them.

The New Clothing Catalog came out today and it contained loads of Halloween Costumes. Some new ones and some brought back from last year! My personal favourite is the ghost!

Click the Pumpkin for the viking helmet and again and again for the blue viking helmet!

And then click the yellow puffle for the gold viking helmet!

Click the torch for the black superheros mask!

Click the light house for the black scuba diving mask!

Click the pink flippers for the mixed braclets!

Click the blue penguins hand for the Jade Necklace

New Prizes and Sneak Peek

Ok so when I predicted before that more Fall Fair prizes would be on the way! Well guess what! I was right :)

Here is a pic of the new ones as well as the old ones! There is Candy Floss, A Paddle Ball and a new Background!

Also the new clothing catalog comes out this Friday and will include new Halloween costumes and wigs! Here is a sneek peek!
